Faith

I was reading Job the other day, and was amazed by the faith of the man.

He looses his family, hi health, he is in constant pain, and he can say things like this:

Job 19:25-27

I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself will see him with my own eyes--I, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!

Would you be able to say something like that in a similar condition?

God of justice, God of mercy, bless all those who are surprised with pain this day from suffering caused by their own weakness or that of others.
